hela Sverige Are you passionate about CRM and would like to join a newly formed team as a Senior Business Analyst? where you have the opportunity to enhance and implement the vision set for the Swedish Internetbankset for the Sales & Service area within CRM, which caters across our channels, products and segments within the bank, to be the glue between the product areas? A channel used by millions of people every day!. We make great impact in daily life of our customers and advisors by orchestrating a sales & service processes in a smart & efficient way
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Contribute to the development and implementation ofand secure securing Swedbank's strategi, Swedbank Directionvision and strategic direction
• Together with a cross functional team, stakeholders and other product owners, stakeholders and a cross functional team, find solutions and to understand end user needs for how our products and services are presented in a consistent and inspiring way
• Capture needs and requirements from stakeholders to ensure that relevant change is implemented.
• Conduct high level analysis of business areas to increase insight.
• Collaborate with APO,onsult SMEs and UX to understand end user needs and work closely with architects, developersdevelopers and testersarchitects, and specialists to drive open topics to implementation en topics to conclusion.
• Understand the end user goals, needs and behaviours by working closely with our UX designers, developers and testers in the team.
• Together with other product owners, stakeholders and a cross functional team, find solutions for how our products and services are presented in a consistent and inspiring way
• Collaborate with other agile teams working on different layers in Swedbank to secure a smooth and streamlined customer experience and efficient technical solutions.
• Become a member of a tight and skilled team where you will participate in building competence and relationships with your team colleagues.

What is needed in this role:
• Passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something we build together.
• Excellent team player with great communication skills with a drive to collaborate cross borders and in virtual team
• Experience in SDLC lifecycle, with special focus on problem identification and conceptualization stage.
• Knowledge in data analysis and able to contribute in fun brainstorming & product vision part
• Independently drive and contribute in all steps of the agile process: analyse and refine requirements and help to improve our way of working.
• Analytical skills and good at problem solving.
• Experience in analysing, documenting requirements, business needs and testing solutions in dedicated environments; assuring the quality of the deliveries.
• Experience in SDLC lifecycle, with special focus on problem identification and conceptualization stage
• Experience in Pega platform, CRM domain and BFS are valuable but not mandatory
• Process analysis, process mapping skills are a plus point
• Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum or SAFe and ability to drive and contribute to the agile process
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Ability to inspire, engage and communicate value.
• Ability to work independently and with people from various backgrounds.
• Self-starter with the ability to take own initiatives without the need of detailed instructions.
• Good business knowledge.
• Agile project management abilities.
• Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
