Collection Analytics drives Klarnas servicing and collections strategy with the ambition of becoming the worlds favorite way to buy. Using a combination of smart data, predictive models and best practices, the collection analytics team is driving improvements affecting thousands of customers on a daily basis.

As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring our pre collection strategy is world class. Key elements of the role will be to drive new pre collection strategies, perform advanced customer data analysis and be an effective project manager.

We are looking for an experienced analyst who is capable of managing complex projects in an international setting, and with a desire to achieve results.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimize Klarnas pre collection strategy to improve customer experience and reduce risk

• Customize collection procedures using a combination of data analytics and customer insight

• Handle complex projects and drive improvements towards internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role you have a good business sense which can serve as a guide in identifying and prioritizing solutions for a given challenge. You are a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills and have the ability to see the full picture.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher

• At least 3 years experience of customer data analysis, preferably in consumer finance

• A proven track record of delivering on projects and initiatives

Preferred qualifications:

• International experience meriting

• Experience with SQL
