hela Sverige Are you ready to take the lead in Volvo Groups future security processes and standards? Do you have experience of working with crisis management and leading fire and natural disaster prevention programs? Then you might just be exactly what we are looking for!
We at Volvo Group are looking for you who under the lead of the Group Security Officer and in collaboration with the security team and TD/BA can drive and support the delivery of security services for the protection of Volvo Group's people, information, products and assets. The role is part of Group Security 's center of expertise and will also act as a back-up for the regions.
What does a Security Director Fire and Natural Disaster Prevention do?
To begin with, it is a very important, exciting and proactive role. We give you the responsibility for the development and comprehensive view of all global fire and natural disaster protective services within the Volvo Group. You will develop and implement a program, applicable to the whole Group, with the purpose to strengthen the Group's capability and procedures within this area.
You will have a key role in establishing a systematic and proactive approach, which means you will have great opportunities to build the Volvo Group's future security.
Other job tasks and areas of responsibility:
• Create an expert program, which include managing and supporting the development, implementation and continuous refinement of security policies, directives, standards, guidelines, procedures, tools and instructions.
• Support the Group Security 's regional organization.
• Partner with other functions across the company to ensure a high quality in the protection of the company. For example, by supporting the Crisis Management program.
• Conduct internal investigations and reviews, analyze and recommend corrective action plans to ensure that risk mitigation activities are accomplished.
• Advise on findings of incidents and liaise with authorities as necessary
• Lead and/or coordinate business critical and complex protective initiatives within the Volvo Group
• Be aware of risks and trends related to the area of expertise, to ensure a proactive approach
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, internal stakeholders and the intelligence community
• Participate in campaigns with law enforcement and industry bodies to improve public sector agencies' response to crime in order to engage these communities and successfully articulate and win proper support for the Volvo Group's position and expectations

Who are you?
Most of all we value your action oriented attitude and your proactive approach. You are a fantastic communicator and have great leadership and credibility skills. With your high creditability and integrity plus strategic mindset you manage to understand, effect and convince people.
You should also have:
• A degree as in fire protection engineering is mandatory, if you have a degree within structural engineering that is considered a merit
• Several years' experience from a national Rescue Services Agency
• Proven track record supporting Crisis Management teams with little or no supervision
• Experience of leading a Fire and Natural Disaster preventive program
• Experience from an international corporate security environment
• Experience in conducting and overseeing complex global responses
• Significant experience in conducting complex risk assessments and recommending mitigating actions
• Documented experience to build security programs that will be clearly recognized as a good pragmatic operation
• Demonstrate ability to manage outsourced operations
• Experience from project management
• Have the capability to work with resources on different levels in the organizational structure
• Knowledge about different cultures, practices and procedures
• Ability to solve complex problems with data from multiple sources
You have great ability to work through others, are a self-starter working across cross-functional lines with little need for directions with ability to act as spokesperson and adviser.
