To act as IAM Architect/consultant in the Nordic Security Services Business Unit. This role needs the person to have proven experience / strong track record of Consulting/Advisory, System Integration (Architect, Design, Build) and Managed Services in Identity & Access Governance, Multi factor authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM); across large and complex programs. This role requires technical / hands on experience IAM related tools (Access Management & PAM).Sales supportBe responsible for driving and assisting signings in Nordic working closely with the individual Sales and solutioning teams across Nordic countriesDrive security transformation for Nordic IAM opportunitiesAct as a senior thought leader and IAM Architect during the sales phaseAbility to act as IAM consultant selling security IAM solutions to the C-suite as well as technical members of an organizationWork closely with the local, Nordic and Europe solution design teams in developing client presentations Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and architecture Delivery (some of the following)Extensive knowledge and experience within Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity GovernanceTrack record in design and delivering complex IAM projects acting as IAM Architect or IAM Consultant or IAM hands on executionTrack record and experience in the area of PAM architect design, solutioning and deploymentHands on experience with one of more of following: ISAM, ISIM, IGI, PIM, ISAM ESSO, CyberArk, Thycotic, BeyondTrustAssist in the Implementation and maintenance of IAM systems with a focus on privileged ID management, using different IAM tools that are available on the market and used by clients (e.g. Thycotic, CyberArk, Beyondtrust)Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity and Nordic country needsBachelor's Degree At least 10 years' experience working in the IAM domain (AM, PAM and IAM governance)At least 5 years' experience working in large IAM programs or projectsExperience working across diverse teams to facilitate IAM solutionsExperience with IAM related Cloud architecture and solutionsExperience with IAM design and architectureExperience working with Security practitionersReadiness to travelFluent in English and one of the Nordic local languages
