We at Volvo Group IT are in the middle of a journey. We have invested in and upgraded our SAP Solution Manager (Sol Man) to release 7.2. And now we are looking for you. You who are a SAP ALM Professional who can help us get full leverage of our SAP Solution Manager. Working closely with both our central Solution Manager team and with our delivery teams across the globe you will have a very important mission. In the phase we are in right now, we are putting most emphasis on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools in Sol Man. And we need you. Now.

Your responsibilities:
• Drive the Sol Man work and act as a single point of contact
• Present benefits regarding SAP ALM to business stakeholders to achieve understanding and buy in
• Follow up on work progress, coordinate work with business stakeholders, methodology (DRS) resources and with SAP Sol Man maintenance team
• Keep up to date with the Sol Man concept and new tools delivered by SAP in the ALM area
• Develop the ALM area by proposing new functionality to be used within Volvo
• Educate business end users in Sol Man functionality such as: Process Management, Test Management, Change Control Management and Monitoring
We believe you have these competencies and skills:
• 5 years working experience in SAP as a minimum (technical or functional consultant)
• Good understanding of Sol Man and ALM
• Good communication skills
• Good ability to create and perform presentations
• Good ability to understand business needs
• Good understanding of project methodology
• Knowledge of HP ALM is a plus
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to drive and deliver upon agreed targets
• Experience from vehicle industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders
You have academic qualifications within relevant field of expertise.
