Job description:
The Material Master Data team ensure that the SAP material master data is fully and correctly updated for all of Mölnlycke Healthcare's internal distribution and financial processes. The aim is to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth supply chains, fully functioning logistic flows and proper financial accounting. In this position your work involves close cooperation and a broad network of contacts within the company.
Your key accountabilities are primarily to:
• control the flow of material master data and transfer prices in order to ensure smooth launch of products, flawless operational processing, efficient material planning parameters and correct transfer prices.
• maintain SAP material master data globally. Ensure timely processing and good service levels.
• on a regular basis work with checks and reports to ensure good quality of data.
• be responsible and accountable for maintaining Procedure Pack planning parameters.
• communicate changes to and requirements for material master data to all relevant organizational units and individual users.
• provide input to development of routines, methods and tools to maintain material master data in an efficient way. Clearly communicate routines to all parties concerned.
• maintain and improve solution used for material master maintenance and ensure system documentation is up-to-date.
• ensure proper documentation of business rules, default values and settings within the material master, as well as work instructions.
• ensure adequate (transfer) pricing and costing of materials throughout the year.
• participate in projects, in order to ensure proper preparation and implementation of the material master data settings and/or changes, or in order to improve the business processes leading up to correct material master data and/or changes.
• prioritize own work and plan own time according to requirements and yearly cycle.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a University Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent education. You have at least 3-5 years of experience of similar tasks, preferably in an international environment, and you are an experienced user of SAP, preferably the MM- module, and Excel. It 's desirable that you are experienced in project work. You also have a general understanding on how the processes in Supply & Demand, Customer to Cash and Finance & Controlling fit together and interlink with the Material Master in a manufacturing organization.
It is favorable if you have some experience in Power BI Desktop and working with database logic and queries. In order to succeed in this role you need a good balance between detailed focus and understanding of the end-to-end to set correct priorities and operate successfully within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You also need to have good organizational-, communication-, and networking skills in order to contribute with improvements across functions.
The preferred candidate is performance driven with a high energy level and has an ability to work independently, as well as in a team, with a strong customer focus. To communicate effectively you need an very good level of both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
