hela Sverige KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the Country Sales and Key Client Teams in managing and growing an important number of assigned accounts, in line with
the organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes
• Supports the Country Sales Team in managing the acquisition of new customers, in close cooperation with Trade & Marketing
• Leads and consistently coaches a large sales support team, order to further develop people and with a close eye to Employee Engagement.
• Keep constant focus on all other must win battle objectives, and ensure volume/revenue targets are met
• Participates actively in the Country Sales Management weekly meeting
• Organizes a weekly channel meeting according to the Maersk Line Operating System 'standards, and share minutes across sales team
• Manages overall partnerships with Customer Service and Trade & Marketing to further enhance collaboration and facilitate cooperation
• Provides an overall professional service and assists with cross functional onboarding of new customers
• Follows up on Customer Survey related feedback, involving other functions where needed, using Salesforce as the prime tool to communicate and register actions
• Facilitates smooth transfer of quoting and filing activities into AFLS, participates in system trainings in close cooperation with local anchor and super user
• Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality, according to very detailed sales minimum standards
• Work closely with our Global Service Center in order to improve corporation and offshoring possibilities.
• Ensure our dispute and Invoice performances in Sales are kept at the highest possible standards
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate need to have proven track record within similar position, min. 3 years of experience; shipping or logistics service record is highly desired.
As our Sales Support Manager you should possess a combination of strong analytical skills, excellent communication/presentation skills as well as be resourceful and independent professional - thereby driving improvements in our processes, organization and customer satisfaction.
We expect you to be a natural and inspiring team leader with excellent coaching and people skills, you need to be well organized and process ordinated.
Since the corporate language is English, proficiency in written and spoken English is a must; Swedish language is obviously an
advantage.
