hela Sverige We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sales Program Manager to join our dynamic Sales Operations team within BDGS Strategy & Commercial Management. In this position, you will drive Sales Improvement Programs towards more effective sales outcome. You will work collaboratively with Solution Areas, Market Areas, and various BDGS stakeholders to drive successful outcome from these programs. POSITION: Sales Program Manager REPORTING TO: As per the Organization Chart Responsibilities This position will demand the flexibility to switch at ease between strategic, tactical and operational tasks. The broad responsibilities are defined as below: Driving and supporting Sales Improvement and Sales transformation programs across market areas - OpEx optimization, Automation & Standardization, License Management and other critical areas identified as part of digital transformationDrive change management and support implementation of new initiatives, introductions and releases within assigned area such as adoption of new sales processes and adoption and usage of new CRM tool to enable informed decision makingDriving and participating in short duration tactical projects triggered by compelling events with potential to impact sales pipeline and/or market position - ability to build and perform in virtual teams for such projectsKeep abreast of trends shaping the industry, shape Go-to-Market strategy and Operational PlansDrive profitability through partnership and alliances - Lead partnership activation and operations Management of high impact sales opportunities for the Business AreaManagement of sales KPIs, analysis and preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews for management decision making Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent university degree, MBA15-20 years well rounded experience in several different areas of business - delivery, sales, strategy and general management in the technology industryProject Management Experience, PMP preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in managing teams, Significant international working experience in multiple marketsUnderstanding of BDGS portfolioWorking knowledge of Sales flow and tools - strong Salesforce capabilitiesAbility to hack together tools in an agile way to test new ways of working or support new initiativesHands on capabilities with analytics tools and methods - ability to perform own analytics from disparate data sources to reach conclusion and drive actionProficient on financial concepts including the ability to build and defend complex business cases Human Competence Be a team player but also the ability to work independently and be self-drivenAbility to influence without authority to succeed in virtual teamsAbility to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environmentExceptional communication and reporting skillsHave strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skillsInnovative mindset to spot new opportunities from market signals and internal inefficienciesAbility to persuade and mobilise internal/external resources to fulfil business requirementsAbility to provide clear and concise reports/feedback to peers and management, adapting the style of communication appropriately to the audience/receiversSolution thinker rather than problem identifier Ericsson provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, national origin, ethnic background, age, disability, political opinion, social status, veteran status, union membership or genetics.
