We are looking for a driven Sales Management Specialist with both commercial and account management skills to join the Sales Management team in market North Europe. You will drive implementation of our commercial practises, manage customers and be a member of a cross functional North Europe team. Your responsibility includes sales management process improvements and account management.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Global Pricing/Global Discounts including pricing letters compliance with global policies and practices
Responsible for our sales contract templates and preparations
Managing our Business Critical Terms framework and updates, approvals, escalation and follow ups
Services pricing/payment terms, Lead B2BI projects and activities, Credit Management governance
Account Management
Who you are
To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor Degree or similar. You have 5 to 7 years of commercial experience ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry. As a person you are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and motivate others. You have good communication and presentation skills. You possess customer understanding and a drive to develop customer relationship. You can effectively cope with change and know how to creatively solve problems. You can create dynamism and always drive to add value to the customer. Adapting to and dealing with uncertainty comes natural to you. Your decision making is timely and is based on data as well as insights. You instinctively drive productivity and simplify, prioritize and innovate. You are curious as an individual and work collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
You are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English.
