About You
We are looking to expand our team with a confident Sales Executive who can help with our growth in Scandinavian Market. The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of passion, energy and previous experience in a B2B sales environment. You will be an independent and self-driven individual who thinks outside the box. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for actively and professionally managing most of the sales cycle lead generation, lead management, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations.
The Role
To approach targeted business clients actively.
Set a pipeline and source new leads.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Making direct contact with customers.
Proposing sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Achieve forecasted sales goals.
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
Together with the founders - create a sales strategy and a go to market tactical plan to launch our product in new markets.
Create user personas, customer journeys, case studies/ testimonials and sharpen our positioning.
Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
Set demo session with the potential customer to convert.
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship.
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence and information.
Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
On-board customers and keep the communication alive.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
Bachelors in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid Knowledge of Sales management, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc.
Fluency in Swedish and business level English.
A drive to succeed.
A willingness to use the telephone to make sales, and contact customers.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to generate new leads.

IT Literate having used CRM previously.
