Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging new prospects. You will be supervised by a designated supervisor, to be assigned no later than the Effective Date of your employment.

Responsibilities:
Search & Research (30%)
Curate and build targeted lists of potential prospects.
Enrich and update existing contact lists with relevant data.
Maintain and improve tools and systems for outbound automation and prospecting workflows.
Continuously identify and explore new high-potential customer segments.
Contact & Convert (70%)
Execute continuous outbound activities, including email outreach and social engagement (e.g., LinkedIn).
Qualify leads by assessing interest, intent, and fit.
Handle initial prospecting conversations and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
Record and manage all interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and support lead nurturing efforts.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in a similar SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B/SaaS preferred).
Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Confident on digital platforms-especially LinkedIn.
High energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
A goal-oriented mindset and curiosity about AI, data, or tech is a strong plus.
