We are currently looking for a qualified
Sales Area Manager Northern Europe located in Sweden (Göteborg) or Germany
General responsibilities of the SPX Sales Area Manager Northern Europe (SAM-NE)
The SAM-NE serves as the primary business contact for Northern Europe clients and is responsible for sales results and client satisfaction. The SAM-NE is expected to consistently provide excellent key contact service to his/her accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the SAM-NE should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities, raising the profile of SPX Service Solutions within the Area.
Main areas of responsibility:
• achieve overall sales targets
• manage a portfolio of accounts in Northern Europe, acting as single point of contact
• maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and prospects
• understand clients business and capture business requirements, matching them with SPX Service Solutions portfolio
• be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables, revenue and margin, P&L
• lead and align other members of the account team (Sales, Product Managers, etc) to materialize the Account Plan
• attend client meetings and deliver sales presentations
• perform administrative work
• maintain customer satisfaction at planned level
• maintain country, channel and competitor analysis in the assigned regions

Knowledge:
• is fluent in English
• advantageous to speaks at least one Central/North European language (German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch)
• knows financial management from a P&L perspective
• has University degree or equivalent
• is proficient in Service and Product Selling Techniques
• Ability to travel as needed for client and internal meetings.
