hela Sverige MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
The primary objective of the Customer Service Sales Professional will be to maximise profitable sales through a portfolio of Service Partners, Key Accounts and Trade Partners in the four Nordic countries.
Key accountabilities for this position will include:
• Maximize sales performance from designated accounts, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
• Increase profitability by driving sales of spare parts, accessories and home & professional appliances
• Develop existing sales channels and build new channels
• Develop and implement individual business plans for Relevant Accounts
• To build, maintain and secure long term business trade relationships
• To support current Service Partners by driving more sales opportunities
• Support Service Contracts business
Ideal Candidate
• Ideally, the candidate will have an academic degree and extensive (5+ years) Sales, Marketing and Account Management experience, be numerate and have a high level of commercial acumen
• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communicator skills in negotiation, be analytical and have decision-making skills. A level of proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and power-point is a pre-requisite and SAP experience an advantage
• The candidate must be highly self-motivated, a team player with a flexible attitude and have the ability to work with pace and under pressure in a competitive environment
Further, the candidate
• Will be able to demonstrate personal leadership as a business manager
• Must show a positive, spirit of winning attitude in delivering extraordinary results
• Have knowledge of relevant market ideal or technical aptitude to understand
• Have willingness to travel, mostly within the Nordic region
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, in addition to at least one Nordic language
Knowledge of the white goods service and trade landscape is an advantage.
