- Daily management of Customer accounts,
• Validating customers orders and contractual documentation into group information system tool
• Insert new customers, change and terminate customers contracts in Settlement system
• Settle customers (monthly billing run)
• Messaging price updates, supplier invoices posting and intercompany report
• Create provisions
• Analyze sales report, explain the margins per customer
• Support to Finance department, local accountant and auditors
• Daily communication with customers, reporting, management of claims
• Cooperation with Sales and Project Managers

Profile:

• Minimum level of studies: two years of university level in economics/business school
• Level of experience: minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service Administration field preferably within an international group subsidiary company type.
• This job requires fluency in English
• SAP knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
• You have very good analytical skills, interest in figures, strong in MS Excel and experienced with other Office applications.
• You are interested in Wireless Industry and Mobile services
• It also requires very good communication and team building skills to adapt to the group international environment and to work closely with other locally based fields departments: sales, technical and marketing teams.
• To be successful in this position you must be very structured and extremely rigorous with attention to detail
• You are autonomous and self motivated
• You are a team player and you wish to develop within an international environment
• You have good time management and fast execution manner
