Steam Turbine Retrofit is an activity within Alstom's Turbomachines Group and has the responsibility for integrated retrofit projects. Our projects include the overall responsibility for modernising our customers' steam turbine and associated auxiliary plant to achieve the power up-rating of a number of nuclear and fossil fuelled power plants. The Steam Turbine Retrofit-team is located in various locations worldwide.
The Steam Turbine Retrofit Business are growing and we are now looking for a ROC, Retrofit Outage Coordinator to the Swedish business. The Retrofit Installation Management Group aims to provide the methodologies, expertise and resources to enable the retrofit activities to become a world leader in installation management. The installation manager position is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the most complex site installation projects, including overseeing all aspects of planning, budgets and resources and interfaces with other units and the customer.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
We are looking for you who have a mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Strong technical expertise in steam turbine erection and maintenance is advantage. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate international experience in power station and steam turbine maintenance, planning and execution. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and execution of steam turbines retrofits including direction of site staff and sub-contractors. Experience as overall site outage manager with full responsibility for achieving outage objectives and targets covering schedule, budgets, specifications and safety standards. Advantage is also if you have the knowledge of planning software and techniques as P3, MS-Projects ect.
