Description

We are a global team based mainly in Lund with high ambitions to strengthen Tetra Pak Supplier Management performance in general and within the area of Sustainability /CSR in particular.
Main responsibilities
• Drive the Responsible Sourcing program, one among top 7 priorities of Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations.
• Develop and implement the Responsible Sourcing capabilities.
• Revising policy, procedures & guidelines, integrating responsible sourcing in our global processes & management systems.
• Engage & train Supplier Management operations in concept, tools & processes as well as engage relevant business managers in supplier assessment & development.
• Lead in introducing & driving of new system functionality to support supplier introduction and performance improvement.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with extensive experience in global supply chain management, code of conduct auditing and ethical, social and environmental supplier development. You will bring a good understanding of the practical implementation of responsible sourcing for a global enterprise.
You have several years' professional experience in process development, management systems, supplier evaluations and auditing. Profound knowledge in relevant international standards such as ISO 26000 and 14001, OHSAS 18001, SA8000, UN Global Compact etc is required.
We also believe you have a University degree or equivalent level of knowledge within the areas of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and/or labour, health and safety.
You are a strong leader with the ability to drive change. We believe you have former leadership experience and global project/program management experience. To operate in a multi-cultural environment will be natural to you. Your English skills are excellent, written and spoken.
