Job Description
We are looking for a Researcher/Sourcer to help our global client with sourcing for Product Managers at different levels, including Group Product Managers and Principal Product Managers, as well as mid-level and senior Product Managers. You need to have previous experience with sourcing for technical/engineering roles, and specifically with Consumer facing roles in Product companies. You will support our client's Recruiter who is handling all Product hiring within the specific organization in the "Consumer Business Unit", across multiple locations, both the US and Europe, by focusing 100% of your time sourcing and screening candidates at various levels within the Product domain. It is imperative that you are creative and has experience with sourcing outside of LinkedIn. The client would ideally like that you already have built up a network of Product Managers at various levels. You will search, screen and potentially do a first "pitch call" with candidates, the Recruiter will then take over and do an interview and manage the process with their stakeholders and close the recruitment process. Our client is sourcing across the world so the candidate pool is global, therefore it is a must with previous experience from global recruitment processes, not only local to Sweden. The positions the client is hiring for will be located in Europe. The client is looking to expand their effort to diversify their pipelines, diversity is a big focus for the client, which makes this job challenging and they need help in building out the volume of their pipelines.
Personal qualities
We are looking for a person who can handle high volumes, has a very strong work ethic, is creative and is ready to put their head down and plough through. The Consumer Business Unit is responsible for the consumer experience and these Product roles are highly attractive on the market, but the client is competing with the biggest and best companies out there and therefore, have a very high bar. Quality will be incredibly important, but you still need to maintain a high volume of candidates during this period.

Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, regular office hours (40 h/week). The position will start 2021-01-11 and the assignment is expected to run to 2021-05-31 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
