ChromaWay AB is looking for a junior/mid-level research analyst to join its research team. The job is based in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden.
We are looking for someone with experience in conducting and coordinating academic and industrial research projects we take on. With research activities, we support internal organizational needs as well as external partners' needs.
The role requires exceptional oral and written communication skills and experience in conducting and running research projects.

About you
As a person, you are self-driven, service-minded, and know-how to prioritize your time well. You take ownership of your projects and see them from start to delivery. You have a strong personal and analytical drive with practical capabilities. Furthermore, you have the drive to learn new things and like to work on finding new solutions at the current edge of technology.
Key responsibilities:
• Collect primary and secondary data
• Conduct & coordinate academic and industrial research on blockchain & related technologies
• Develop policy brief(s) and recommendations
• Support policy, advocacy, research and innovation Lab activities
• Participate in meetings with ChromaWay AB ecosystem companies and external project partners to discuss progress and present findings
• Present research and findings at virtual and in-person events
• Contribute to/lead efforts in research applications
Skills and requirements:
• Experience in running research projects
• Ability to independently design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Previous experience in peer-reviewed journal publications
• Previous experience in web project tools (Trello or Jira etc.)
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
Soft skills:
• Has a genuine interest in blockchain and its impact on society.
• Follow research/project deadlines
• Self-driven and curious
• Can handle stress
