hela Sverige As a Requirement Analyst you lead the work of identifying, defining and verifying requirements related to the Point of Sales (POS)-systems. Together with business representatives you will prioritize the requirements and have a dialogue with stakeholders. You will document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear way.
To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for requirements and IT delivery. You have a holistic view and a "make it happen attitude". You're able to work methodically in a dynamic work environment with shifting demands. Together with our business representatives and our suppliers you will create great value to our stores.
Your responsibilities
The job of a Requirement Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Capture and analyze business needs and document them as requirements
• Analyze the impact on existing requirements from new business needs or country requirements
• Identify stakeholders for each business need and requirement
• Communicate the requirements to our suppliers
• Close cooperation with the other members of the team, business representatives, countries and suppliers
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• 2-4 years' experience as a Requirement Analyst
• High skills in seeing solutions with functional and technical requirements combined
• Experience with reading and understanding legal requirements
• Experience in working with external suppliers in joint development deliveries
• A solution- and result-oriented person with the ability to organize and create structure
• Diplomatic and communicative
• Excellent communication skills in speech and writing both in English and Swedish
It is beneficial if you have experience of development of integrated solutions in large enterprise architectures and experience of retail and/or POS systems. Experience with reading and understanding legal requirements is a plus.
Some travel may occur.
