hela Sverige As an Electric Vehicle Battery Specialist ("EV Specialist") you will be part of a great team within a company that is at the moment in a very dynamic and innovative period. In this role you will work in particular with Sweden and Denmark with varying tasks in an international environment.
Electric vehicles are increasing in sales every year, and Renault is at the forefront of this exciting movement. When a customer is acquiring an electric vehicle from Renault, the battery that powers that vehicle is most often owned by Renault Finance, and rented to the user of the car. As the EV Specialist you will be the main back office contact for anything relating to the leasing contracts. Communication to the dealership as well as education of the dealers and developing our customer relationships are part of your daily tasks.
Job description:
• Manage the database of battery contracts: registration, termination or adjustment of contracts
• Provide monthly, weekly or ad hoc reports with the performance of the portfolio, to other areas of the business
• Assure all contracts received have correct information, such as pricing, term and authorized signatories
• Be part of drafting customer communication in Sweden & Denmark
• Update any contract condition changes together with legal advice
• Educate/inform Renault dealers and our partners of any changes to the process - either in-person or over the phone
• Answer questions from customers (dealers and end users) relating to their contract
• Have good knowledge in English as well as in writing
• Team player
• Good attention to detail
• University degree or applicable work experience
• MS Office knowledge, mainly Excel
• Self-starter
To succeed in this role we believe that you have an interest in vehicles and a great customer focus. You pay attention to details, are ambitious and has proven to take on initiatives. Previous work experience in a similar role is recommended, but not required.
