The Global Labeling Group (GLG) is part of Global Regulatory Affairs and focuses on both the preparation and maintenance of labelling documents for prescribing information, patient information and regulatory information on packages for Health Authority approval. They are currently working on products for the EU and US markets, at the moment with preparations to implement the EU Falsified Medicines Directive.

The role
AstraZeneca is looking for an extra person to support this project, due to workload. You will be a part of the project team working with administrative tasks connected to the regulatory directive. The main task will be to work in different data systems to review, check and match digital information about medicine packages with the design of the actual package. In addition to the tasks, communication with the project team members and marketing companies will be a key responsibility.

The assignment begins as soon as possible and will continue for three months. You will be working within Adecco's consultant business at AstraZeneca in Mölndal.

Experience
•  Administrative experience and training
•  Experience in handling large volumes of data
•  Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel
•  All kinds of experiences from the Pharmaceutical industry in general, and from Regulatory Affairs in particular, is an advantage but not required.
•  Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and in writing.

As a person you are detail oriented with ability to handle large volumes of data. You have to be accurate and structured in your way of working and have the capability to retrieve and interpret useful and requested information. To work efficiently in the team, you have good communications skills and a flexible approach.
