We are now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Health and Medical Solution - Swedish market.

Essity 's Business Unit Health and Medical Solution (HMS) focuses on creating more value in health and medical related market and sales channels. The ambition is to be the #1 or challenging #2 in every market that we are active in. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, managing a highly committed team, being close to a market, be a member of the local management team and working with a broad portfolio of strong global brands within the product categories and therapy areas: Incontinence care, Wound care, Orthopaedics and Vascular in different sales channels: Hospitals, Institutions, Pharmacies and Web Shops. You will also be working with Regional and European projects.The Regional Marketing Manager 's responsibility covers, marketing strategy development, activation and follow up plus development of the business plans in close partnership with and as a member of the Swedish management team, managing the marketing team in Sweden (3 persons) and driving one or more defined regional lead role (product/service/channel) across the region.
You report to the Regional Marketing Director Region North West HMS and is located in the Gothenburg office. You will be working at the regional new modern headquarter however some travelling must be expected.



Main Tasks
You use your strong passion for marketing and brand building to ensure that key customers and sales channel insights are included in the marketing plans and effectively executed.

Be an active member of the Local Management Team
Effectively manage and continuously develop the Local Marketing team
Develop and evaluate marketing plans in Sweden for all channel, products and medical therapy
Plan, manage and launch new products/services and measure effectiveness in line with regional launch process
Strong focus and hands on implementation
Monitoring and reporting of competitor product and services activity
Drive the development of PR and PA plans that supports the short and long term business goals
Drive the marketing support in the tender excellence process
Own and optimising marketing budget spending's in line with regional/country strategy
Support the local Management team in the yearly strategy planning process
Be an active member of the Regional Marketing Team driving regional best practice within Marketing
Drive one or more defined regional product/service/channel area across the region and be the main contact to the Category/European product management
Participate in Country, Regional and Pan-European projects of relevance and cascade relevant information locally and regionally
Active part of the regional marketing team

Key Competencies
University degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, economics
Min 5 years management experience
Strong B2B and ideally Business to government marketing and commercial experience within Healthcare or Medical devices
Proven track record of developing and activating marketing plans
Experience with portfolio management
Digital marketing experience is preferred
Fluent in Swedish and English

To be succesful in this role we believe that you have very good communication skills, also in matters that are complex and deal with diverting interests. You have great interpersonal skills and are able to navigate in a matrix organization with many stakeholders. You have an analytical mindset to analyse data/information, draw conclusions and act on it. You have a strategic as well as operational mindset.
