WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
As a Quality manager one of you passion must (is)developing. This role contains develop, maintain and continuously improve the sites day-to-day and long-term Quality and Food Safety systems, maturity, standards and internal quality audit programs. To support the site in managing complaints, issue and incident prevention and investigations, gathering data and work with preventing improvement activities will also be apart of your work.You need to ensure that applicable laws and regulations, external and internal requirements on the operations are fulfilled and maintained.
Other aspects of the role is continuous collaboration with management, leaders and global colleagues as relevantwithin the framework of our operating model, ongoing projects and improvement initiatives.
The typical day to day will involve:
Coach indirect reports to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide coaching to the Operational teams within the area of food safety and product quality.
Provide expert advice to the Leadership Team and their teams, ensuring a continuously high standard of Quality and Food safety standards are met.
Be the site's expert resource in terms of the specifications for both "Oat-base" and finished product, as well as for consumer issues regarding food safety and quality.
Suggest and facilitate the delivery of local strategic quality objectives (KPI) and strategy to reduce employer liability claims, safeguard alignment with market and Global
Develop and suggest priorities and robust action plans that prevent, reduce and where necessary investigate quality complaints.
Facilitate the delivery of local strategic quality objectives
Continued development of an on-going strategy which is aligned with Regional and Global requirements.
To be accountable to the customer for keeping Oatly' s promise that their products will always be safe, legal, authentic and of the specified quality.
Actively work with and help manager build a quality culture.

To thrive and be happy in this role, we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
Job specific education: Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Biology or related field
Formal auditing qualification is preferable
Actively keep up to date on new standards and legislation
10 years of job specific experience in a Food Safety/Quality specialist role
Understanding of both HACCP (minimum Level 4) and the BRC Standard
Knowledge of CIP systems, COP and Facility Sanitation Standards
BRC/ISO 22000 and other Regulatory Audits
Project Management
International experience of collaboration
Understanding of quality programs such as six sigma, or Leanmanufacturing andwork experience with Statistical Process Control
IT competence (Word, Excel, Power Point; Outlook)
ERP system (D365)
SHE Management systems
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
