We manufacture disinfection equipment (flushers and washers), with mainly welding and assembly operations, for the medtech industry. We belong to Getinge Group, that is a leading global medical technology company.
Getinge Disinfection AB is now looking for a local Quality Manager for the factory in Växjö.
Job description
As Quality Manager for Getinge Disinfection, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing quality assurance system, policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established standards our global quality system. You will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing facility has implemented a quality system fully compliant to ISO 13485, FDA's QSR Part 820, and any additional applicable regulations.
You will be part of the local Executive Management Team and be the representative for QMS & EMS. You will direct and develop the team of 10 employees. You will report to the Quality Director Supply Chain with regular line and will be part of the global Quality organization. You will also report with a dotted line to the Managing Director in Växjö.
Qualifications and characteristics
We are looking for you with minimum 5 years of quality compliance management experience in the medical device industry with a good understanding of production and supply chain. An exam in engineering, science or equal is desirable. We assume that you have experience as Quality System Lead auditor from your previous positions. Experience in applicable regulations and standards are desirable (e.g. QSR, ISO 13485, CMDCAS and MDD). You have an ability to plan, lead, take action and drive change towards set goals, quality consciousness and culture. The position requires a structured and systematic approach. You are a people's person with good cooperation skills who likes to inspire and motivate others. You are a good communicator verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.
The position
The position is permanent at 100 %. Working hours are based on daytime. Access as soon as possible or according to agreement.
