About the job
he quality department within E&S Tumba is now looking for a Quality Engineer to be responsible for quality management in respect to ISO9001 and claims management. For the right candidate this is an ideal opportunity to grow in an exciting business environment with huge potential.As a Quality Engineer you will be a part of the Supply and Governance team but work mainly with ensuring that E&S site Tumba has a well-functioning quality management system and claims handling.Responsibilities:As a Quality Engineer your key tasks will be:* Apply quality principles, analyze quality records, prepare reports and recommend improvements* Ensure that the quality system is continuously updated and used at a satisfactory level. * Secure alignment between global and local processes, procedures and policies* Create audit plans and conduct audits* Follow-up on audits and corrective actions* Conduct training in quality management* To act as problem owner until correct ownership can be assigned if it is unclear what process/unit has caused the issue* To recommend retrofit actions or recalls to a suitable cross-functional decision forum Qualifications:* B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with relevant specialization* At least two years' experience from working with ISO9001* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writings, in English, is mandatoryCandidate profile:Your background is within quality in the process industry and you have a university degree in engineering or equivalent. Cross-functional experience is a plus as well as know-how in Lean Six Sigma and FMEA methodology. You are organized and quality minded.
