Location:Paradisskolan was inaugurated in 2001 and today has a total of 415 pupils in classes from pre-school to Year 9. The school is beautifully situated near a large forest area in the western part
of Trollhättan, close to the river Göta. There are three parallel tracks, one of which is the international track. The Blue track, of which the English-speaking school is a part, contributes towards
the special international atmosphere at Paradis school. Teaching at the ESS is solely through the medium of English as the pupils have English as their mother tongue.
Job description:You will work with pupils in the year 1-6, teaching through the Montessori method. You will be part of a team in an international environment where pupils work at an individual pace
and are taught to take responsibility.
Qualifications: Applicants should be qualified Year 1-7 teachers with Montessori training. We require you to speak and write English fluently as all teaching takes place through the medium of English.
Knowledge of computer use is essential. You must have a good educational background, be motivated, creative and have a positive attitude. You should have no difficulty with communicating och co-
operating with pupils, their parents and members of staff.
