We are looking for an experienced leader to support our Global Services organization and lead our Qualification Services (QS) business. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class qualification solutions aligned to appropriate regulatory guidelines to enable our customers to accelerate utilization of Cytiva products throughout their lifecycle and advance their outcomes. What you'll do
Develop roadmap, strategy and overall forward-looking framework for the Qualification Services business to position Cytiva QS as a driven advantage and growth enabler
Lead all elements of the QS team across the main pillars of the organization: New Products & Technical Office, Lifecycle Management, Continual Improvement, Customer & Automation Projects and Production Operations
Drive collaboration efforts and partnerships across Global Service organization (e.g. Regions, Product Management, Technology Ops) and various multi-functional teams (e.g. Enterprise Solutions, Automation & Digital, R&D, Quality/Regulatory)
Enable commercialization of competitive QS offerings via working in partnership with service Product Managers
Build a culture of positive leadership and integrity within QS team to drive high levels of associate satisfaction
Responsible for meeting QS goals and priorities for staff scheduling/coverage, productivity/critical metrics/cost, quality/customer satisfaction and new offerings/lifecycle readiness by guiding and directing the team
Lead team to innovate and simplify ways-of-working demonstrating state-of-the-art technologies and business process techniques including digitization and automation
Drive and enhance team competency/development via continuous upskilling through structured training plans across regulatory and technical framework; conduct regular coaching/mentoring sessions
Act as point of contact for customer concerns and respond/resolve internal & external issues requiring management intervention
Participate in analytics and planning for operational, budgetary and mid/long term strategies and goals
Use Danaher Business System (DBS) and Service PMO structure as appropriate
Travel as needed when required

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar as well as extensive years of relevant work experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
Leader over leader experience is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to manage concurrent, conflicting priorities
Demonstrated aptitude for change and continuous improvement.
Strong focus on customer, quality and meeting customer needs
Ability to lead and empower others, both within direct supervisory and matrix environments.
Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
Understanding issues at a region level but also able to see the bigger picture relevant to organization on a global scale.
Strong Command of the English language both written and spoken
Desirable: Knowledge of DBS tools, SFDC/Service Max/Val Genesis experience, understanding of our products upstream / downstream / software / cell therapy / Enterprise Solutions) and knowledge of regulatory landscape and industry-proven qualification strategies (GMP/GDP, ASTM)
