Main tasks are as coordinator in ASME project and to lead QA's customer and internal audit activities.
As ASME coordinator, you plan and lead the work from order to delivery of bioprocess columns according to defined ASME processes, you act as support for the factory around the ASME standard and are responsible for the contact with external inspector.

Essential Responsibilities:
The work with ASME project gives a unique opportunity to work with the entire production process. Audit activities involve planning and leading audits, both internal and customer and ISO audits, and acting on trends from audits and conducting investigations and improvement work. Depending on your experiences and competences, you will have the possibility to partly manage your role.
• Important characteristic is therefore the ability to lead and coach others in their work. Coordinate site activities related to manufacturing according to the pressure vessel standard ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineer).
• Monitor ASME standard and implement changes into local procedures.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating the site audit programs internal and external.
• Act on trends from audit findings.
• Support local business functions to secure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with documented procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or working experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent working experience in hardware/pharmaceutical industry).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycles, design change and document change control.
• Ability to coordinate & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to communicate using English.

Desired Characteristics:
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes
• Excellent oral communication & report, business correspondence & procedure-writing skills
• Ability to simplify a strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed & accuracy based on best available information.
• Knowledge of the ASME standard is desired but not required
