At Cibes Lift we're offering you the chance to shape the future of our production processes, lead meaningful improvements, and grow alongside a forward-thinking team. If you're passionate about driving change and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity-don't miss it!
At Cibes Lift, we're hiring a PU Controller to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Gävle, Sweden. This is your chance to take ownership, work closely with managers within operations and production, and bring transformative improvements to our processes. If you have a sharp analytical mind, a proactive attitude, and a desire to make a difference in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, we want you on board!
About the job
As a PU Controller, you will be instrumental in optimizing production unit performance and ensuring financial accuracy. You will maintain and further develop reports summarizing production results and key performance indicators to measure production unit performance and efficiency.
Collaborating closely with operations, procurement and management, you'll play an important part of providing the business with relevant analysis and controls. You're a part of a team of three who work closely together, consisting of our Accounting Economist and our Accounting & Control Manager to whom you report. The position is in Gävle, Sweden and we'd like you to spend at least three days a week at the office to collaborate effectively and be part of the team spirit.
This is a hands-on role where you'll shape processes, lead impactful projects, and work with data-driven insights to enhance our production control systems. You'll be at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-ups, primarily focusing on Cost of Goods Sold (CoGS) and productivity. Other responsibilities within the position:
• Support cost center owners with cost monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee and update the Production calculation manual as part of the budgeting process.
• Analyze and report monthly operational and financial results, driving insights for decision-making.
• Contribute to developing production control models in Monitor ERP.
• Collaborate on inventory optimization to ensure efficient turnover and minimize surplus.
About you
You're a problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You have a structured and analytical approach, are skilled at identifying improvements that you communicate and implement from start to finish. We see that you are curious and driven by continuous improvement. You are open and willing to learn and are not afraid that all our surrounding systems do not yet work optimally together and that the implementation of our ERP system will continue ahead. We hope that you will rather feel enthusiasm on the fact that you can impact so that all systems play like sweet music together and that we get out crispy reports with clear KPIs. You enjoy independently exploring and resolving issues, as well as collaborating effectively with others within the organization.
You have an academic degree in business administration or a related field. After this, you have gained qualified experience in controlling or at least you have a strong interest in developing further in a controller position and you have rolled up your sleeves and are ready to go. You possess strong system skills and are confident in using Excel at an intermediate level. Additionally, you have experience with BI tools and preferably systems designed for production control and production accounting. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What We Offer
• A dynamic and inclusive workplace where your ideas and contributions matter.
• Flexible work arrangements with the option for hybrid remote work.
• Opportunities to grow and make a real impact in an innovative company.
