* Lead cross-functional project teams on above-category and above-brand projects
* Drive change management for relevant projects/programs throughout global brand and markets
* Lead the implementation of cross functional projects ensuring successful execution and generation of expected benefits thus contributing to the achievement of the agreed upon objectives
• Monitor progress in achieving key milestones and objectives in collaboration with the Senior Management Team
* Develop and drive coordination of risk management project for Global brands
What you bring with you:
• Bachelor's degree or college student (f/m/d) in Engineering, Project Management or comparable and similar fields
• Good analytical skills (e.g. structuring complex topics), proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility
• Outstanding organizational skills, ensure alignment of project tactics, communicate project status, and risks.
* Combines deep understanding of brand with business savvy
• Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining with broad knowledge of other areas * Proven track record of people management
* Have good communication skills, fluent knowledge of English, Chinese preferred
• Willingness to travel worldwide
