We are looking for a Project Manager to join us in our ambition to focus on delivering projects in the best way with the highest quality utilising Icomera's products and solutions.
This is a Customer project based role, where your responsibilities will be to take the concept solution and proposal from the Sales team and drive the fulfilment of the Customer contract including, among other activities, hardware and software delivery planning, solution design, certification process, installation and acceptance test. This role requires an experienced Project Manager with excellent communication skills, good business acumen, perseverance and a good strategic mindset with the ability to deal with the details as well as with the overall view.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Lead projects to fulfil the project contracts within the financial constrains
• Work with local Customer Project Manager to set up and deliver a project according to best practice
• Manage projects according to department specific ways of working.
• Create, maintain and follow up customer project orders for project material and services in ERP system
• Write and review project requirements, project specifications and project documentation. Handover finalized projects to Operations according to established processes
• Carry out risk analysis
• Lead all project meetings according to process
• Manage project reports
• Create and maintain project work break down structures
• Register and maintain project and scope changes
• Create project reports after closed projects.
• Continuously support to improve the department specific project processes and its related documentation
The right candidate will need to be able to operate with little supervision and be able to develop the role further. This a fast-paced environment which requires someone who is comfortable in a changing environment and have the ability to adapt to meeting the goals of the business. The role will require ability to travel.
Requirements:
• A bachelor degree in relevant discipline
• At least 4 year experience of Project Management
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Motivated and self-driven to take individual decisions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good ability to organize tasks and duties
