We have immediate openings for highly motivated and experienced Project Managers/Project Engineers. Qualified candidates will enjoy working with customers in the chemical industry on a wide variety of projects involving refined petroleum products and related facilities. Candidates will experience a fast paced, high demand work environment, managing multiple projects for a variety of customers and coordinating efforts with multiple disciplines and support resources.

Work description:
As a Project Manager/Project Engineer you have the overall responsibility for a project in all aspects including the overall quality, schedule, cost, HSE and human relations amongst the team members. Furthermore, you will fulfill a crucial role executing our projects in the (petro)chemical industry, and you will act as an interface with the other engineering disciplines and our customers.
You will be part of our Project management department and work within all project phases from feasibility studies to execution phase. We offer a stimulating work environment with varying tasks within project management. You will among other tasks work to establish and maintain project plans, defining, understanding, communicating, and meeting the requirements of the customers. As most of our projects are executed close to customer sites, we have the benefit of receiving constant feedback between design and execution. You will have daily contact with people working in the projects and be one of the contact persons for our customers. In the project team you will receive a broad competence and work together with all engineering disciplines, both locally and internationally.
Specific Accountabilities:
Ensuring that the overall activities of the team are effectively planned and coordinated and that the individual members are working to and meeting detailed schedules.
Preparing and implementing Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedure
Ensuring the scope of work is well defined and understood and that any changes to the scope are to be finalized and agreed upon, both externally and internally.
Administration of the project contract and ensures that the appropriate team members are equally informed.

Your role will cover:
Overall management of projects from the feasibility study to EPCm "Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management" phase, including the contractual interfaces between Worley and the Customers. You will report to the Manager of Projects.
Leading multi-disciplinary teams
Ensuring quality deliverables within scope (time, quality, cost)
Ensuring project financial performance
Risk and change management
Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Supporting business development initiatives

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have safety as your first priority!
Have a master or bachelor degree in an engineering discipline
Have +5 years experience as a Project Manager in the process industry (Chemicals, Oil & Gas or Energy) leading EPC projects
Are a strong team player
Are fluent in English and Swedish
Are familiar with Time schedules, progress reporting, S-curves etc.
Have experience in Office 365 software and Primavera
