We are looking for a new colleague to join our client in Malmö with an exciting project.
People planning processes and connected digital tools are critical to successful, efficient and compliant operations of our client. They secure that co-workers are available at the right time at the right place to support our operational needs; that schedules are created, made available and kept updated based on co-workers availability; that time cards are created, reviewed and are base for correct salary payment.
There's a need for development related to people planning in several areas. Given the scale of the change and accelerated timelines, our clients internal teams need external support to execute effective Change, Communication, and Training (CCT) strategies. These are critical to ensuring high adoption, reduced resistance to change, and smooth transitions for the workforce across countries.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Proven experience in managing large-scale HR system implementations involving significant change management
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) an collaboration tools like Miro
A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team
Valid EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
Professional level of English - both oral and written'

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Contribute to improve flexibility in schedules to increase co-worker retention
Update processes and tools to enable co-worker schedules across an omnichannel environment
Replace digital solutions prior to end-of-life dates
Standardize our people planning processes and tool across markets while securing sufficient degree of localization to fit the market needs
Be the primary point of contact between the Global Market Engagement team and Global Project Leads, Country Project Managers, and other stakeholders within your assigned cluster for CCT topics (Change, Communication, and Training)
Support and coach local teams to create and execute change management plans using the "local change plan approach"
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals
Identify and escalate risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables
Coordinate with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates
Support post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and project closure
