hela Sverige Agile and Project Management is an international team with Project Managers and Agile Coaches in The Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. We are supporting the colleagues in all areas of BA Customers and Solutions by running their strategical and complex projects and supporting them in their agile way of working.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to support the region Nordics!
As a Project Manager in our team you will help the business to create value and achieve the project goals in a result-driven and an efficient way. You have experience in project management for sequential projects and know as well how to run a project delivered by agile teams. You have experience in big international companies, know the challenges in projects in this environment, know how to handle them and have the tools at hand.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for:
• Managing smaller and bigger and complex projects in the Region Nordics including
o Planning of time, budget, resources
o Translate the project targets into activities
o Lead the project team
o Facilitate decision making
o Execute on projects and steer on delivering value
o Professional risk management
o Professional stakeholder management
o Regular and target group oriented reporting
o Complete and up to date project documentation
o Use of professional project management tools
o Lessons learned
• Coaching colleagues in the business on their projects
• Building relations with business stakeholders, understand their business, manage expectations and facilitate necessary decisions
• Facilitate decision about the most suitable project management method
• Secure high quality project management and work continuously on quality improvement of our project management competences together with your colleagues in A&PM
• Proactively inspiring and sharing knowledge with others
Skills and experience
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
• Project manager with 1-5 years proven experience and track record in managing projects and programs
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant area
• Experience in Sales environment and/or in the energy sector is preferred
• Commercial awareness, understanding about Busines models and how to identify the value/earning opportunities for the business and customer
• Experience with product proposition development and delivering products to the market is preferred
• Highly customer focused and knows how to validate new product proposition towards the consumers
• Self-managing with no intervention and a strong personality
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
• Demonstrating tact & diplomacy through active listening, empathy, assertiveness, rapport & politeness
• Strong stakeholder management on senior management level
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbal is a must
Location:
The location of this position is Stockholm (Solna). Travelling from time to time to the Netherlands and Germany is part of the job, if the pandemic situation allows.
Duration:
Time limited position for 1 year starting April/May 2022, with possibility for prolongation.
