hela Sverige This role is expected to perform PM Back Office activities within the Nordics region including to perform all related duties and provide the connection to Sourcing as well as ad hoc tasks.
Support knowledge-sharing between stakeholders in various functions within the Nordic PM, between other departments in the region and company as a whole.
Strong focus on QHSE compliance for all sourced services and goods.
Responsible for market analysis, supplier negotiations, contract drafting, both short-term and long-term resource planning, and subcontract performance evaluation for services and goods appointed to Project Management by Sourcing in the region to secure, adhering to Nordex procedures and protocols.
Create and maintain a very well-organized sourcing and execution activities preferably via frameworks for the Type-1, Statutory Inspections, MV Works, Blade Works, as well as other site related needs (e.g. Site Compounds, Generators, Security, ...).
First point of contact within the region for sourcing related topics involving Project Management.
Provide continuous feedback from cost perspective to Tender Management about the services and goods that have been and are currently being sourced.
Participate in weekly OPS calls and collecting major points on Monday Call regarding but not limited to delay on tools, components and logistics providing a summary before Tuesday DEU Operations Review Call.
Maintain a close follow-up tool for Main Component POs, Expected Delivery Dates to be shared regularly with PMs.
Lead Spare Parts Management for the Project Management department in the region including creating and maintaining structure for portfolio overview. Ensure on a weekly basis Spare Parts Follow-Up meetings have been conducted with respective PMs, SMs or SMAs.
Coordinate directly with the PM Warehouse Technician in the region regarding spare parts, asset management, and equipment inventory.
Maintaining stock management including inventory list for Project Management in the region regarding e.g. tools and components.
Leading Ad-Hoc activities e.g. delay on components, defected material exchange, repair or rework that related with more than 1 projects including follow-up materials, organizing services and perform a proper planning.
If necessary, support directly or via team member project closing activities i.e. clearing punch items, closing any technical topics, collecting any accounts receivable and reaching Final Acceptance.
Implementing improvement initiatives that touch on role scope in coordination with Divisional and Global stakeholder.
Collaboration with initiatives to improve competitiveness.
Ensure effective communication within the team and company.
Travel as required for execution of responsibilities.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience within Project Management in operative project execution and construction management for projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey projects preferable
Experience in business excellence and back office.
Technical background with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), good command of Finnish and/or Swedish is a benefit
Excellent computer skills are required, especially MS Office and MS Project
