Powertrain Engineering Laboratory is a complete test laboratory with test capability for engine, transmission, hybrid, drive line, acoustic and system testing. Within Powertrain Engineering Laboratory we are today focusing on increased effectiveness and future demands in testing.
Job Description
Group BF63590 Project Management consists of 10 employees and is now looking for a Project Leader Coordinator.
Our role and responsibility in the Product Engineering Laboratory is to drive investment and maintenance projects to be able to meet new demands in testing of engines, transmissions, hybrids and complete drivelines.
The total amount of projects/construction assignments is up to 90 -140 per year. The projects which is managed by project leaders have a budget between 4-50 MSEK. The smaller assignments which is driven by engineers has a budget of 10 KSEK - 3 MSEK
As Project Leader coordinator you will be responsible to:
Communicate to other departments*Plan and manage projects and construction assignments follow up meetings.
• Secure common understanding within the projects and construction assignments between involved departments.
Continuously development of project and assignment processes and routines*Work out/manage:
• Templates
• Check lists
• Document handling
• Standards
A number of Project leaders managing 3-6 projects will report to you. The reporting is about status follow ups of QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Feature).
Electrical and mechanical engineers will report to the Project leader coordinator, concerning construction assignments (CA).
Work out an analysis of resource need for respectively project/assignment, which are either electrical or mechanical.
Find out the needed information to be able to make a prioritization of the projects and the construction assignments.
Project leader coordinator reports to closest manager who as well is the "owner" of the project leaders.

Qualifications
• Engineering degree from university or equivalent experience.
• Documented experience of leading projects.
• Experience of working within a development organization is considered as a merit.
