We are looking for a Project Leader, within the function of Market Support, who has a strong collaborative mind-set and knows how to communicate, interact, and build trustful relationships through all levels. You have a solution-oriented approach and the capability to find new and better ways of working. We do also believe that you are an influencer with strong personal skills, who get inspired by working together in an everchanging environment and are passionate about developing the business through people. You truly share and live the IKEA culture and values.
To succeed as a Project Leader, we believe that you have proven project experience (minimum 3 three years) and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. We do also think that you have experience of leading in complex environment and experience of being a CSC Manager before. Together with analytical, organizational, and change management skills you know how to initiate and drive the process forward. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of IKEA concept, brand and the IKEA ways of working. For this position, we do value previous working experience and knowledge of the IKEA brand.
Furthermore, you have knowledge of:
• Project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and know how to integrate the processes
• Managing and leading teams and stakeholders
• Change Management
• Business processes, strategic target landscape and business direction
• Information technology
ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as a Project Leader within Market Support you will lead and manage people within the project team to deliver results though our values - business and people together. You will prepare, plan and organise initiatives, manage dependencies, develop and execute.
Furthermore, you will:
• Plan, organize and execute projects according to decision model and appropriate delivery methodology
• Manage the project within scope, time and cost frame, applying relevant project management methods and tools
• Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team
• Identify, involve and manage relevant stakeholders to the project
• Create and implement change initiatives and identify risks
• Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing organisations, taking lead for learning, documenting and communication activities
