You will lead the teams that are responsible for the engineering of complete or partial cab projects. The cab is an important part of the complete machine and it is of great importance to our customer. It is today perceived as one of the best on the market and we intend to strengthen this position.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate technical aspects of cab design with the overall machine projects
Cross functional coordination between production and purchasing as well as other engineering groups
Plan and execute all projects according the QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Features) targets for the cab project
Will be responsible for the project budget for the technical elements of the projects
Will be the input and output communication link from the Cab development team and the complete machine project
Will follow the GDP (Global Development Process) for the Cab elements
Work with Cab Line Manager and Team leaders to assign and prioritize resource allocations
Will work on continuous improvement of project management tools within Cabs
Minimum Education Required
We think that you can have a university education within the area of R&D or comparable experience. More important is that you have experience of Project Management and demonstrated R&D team leader experience.
