About the job
We are looking for a Project Lead to drive the success of our partnerships within learning and business development. You will be in the centre of a fast-paced environment with a highly dedicated team and a culture of trust, self-leadership and collaboration. What you will be doing
Manage project life cycle for exciting products and services
Scrum, Kanban and Lean practitioner.
Facilitation of various team and stakeholder meetings.
Forecasting, project estimation and performance tracking.
Manage budgeting, project planning and strategic planning.
Brand storytelling and packaging products and services
Designing marketing material & Social Media posts
Work in product development cycles.
Work with agile software, such as JIRA, Monday
Work with Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop)
Work with Keynote or Powerpoint
Manage Client and Stakeholder Expectations

Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in Business Management (or similar)
8+ Years of work experience in a high paced work environment
Previous experience in handling projects and teams
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (or similar)
Previous knowledge of Process Design and Facilitation
