As a Management Trainee you work directly with our management team and other senior managers on different projects in areas like project management, strategy, analyzing operations, pitching ideas, presenting and planning projects.
The position offers a unique combination of individual coaching and training from the company, in parallel with running business-oriented projects. The training covers various skills, including situational leadership, work efficiency and presentation technique. This creates a foundation for a future career, as well as for becoming a Telavox leader.

You will get the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management team of Telavox to kick-start an exciting career in a fast-paced telecom company. As a Management Trainee you will support and work closely with Telavox's senior managers on varied and often complex projects in different areas of the business in an international environment. You will face a steep learning curve, and receive hands-on experience of leadership, IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
We are looking for
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Law etc. You are a recent graduate, or you have a few years of working experience since graduation. Previous experience from Management Consulting is valuable. It is important that you have a great interest in the rapidly changing telecom industry.
To be successful in the position we believe you are outgoing, analytical, networking and action orientated with an international mindset. We value ownership, team spirit, dedication and an adaptable mindset. As a person, you are proactive, structured business oriented and goal-oriented. You are a team player with strong communication skills. The position requires that you are fluent in speaking and writing both English and Swedish.
