Our Exciting Opportunity:
Solutions is a new unit in Solution Area Packet Core established to strengthen a network wide focus having accountability for the 5G Core System evolution. We will drive technology evolution plans, define network capabilities and Target Solutions with objective to simplify global deployments of 5G systems for mobile broadband, enterprise and mission critical services. Our mission is to make sure we have the most competitive 5G Core system offering on the market:

We are now searching for another energizing, empathic, fact-based colleague to our recently established leadership team for Solutions.
The Program Manager role in Solutions team is an exciting, dynamic and visible role within BDGS. You will drive strategy execution and groundbreaking change for Solutions related to Dual-Mode 5G Core. As program manager you will be part of the Solutions leadership team and work together with the managers for Architecture & Technology, Portfolio and Product Management and Solutions Development to craft and strengthen our portfolio and operation.
You will:
Drive cross-SA initiatives like Cloud Native Common Services for SA Packet Core products and solutions.
Lead Customer engagements cross BDGS for Dual-Mode 5G Core
Motivate change and drive improvement programs within Solutions, SA Packet Core and across BDGS, such as how to improve service automation
Establish and supervise key objectives for Solutions and engage in Solutions leadership teams overall responsibilities as one team.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Previous experience from R&D. Experience from Product Management, Market Area and Services will also be meriting.
Experience from driving and delivering on cross-organizational change within product development and Services.
Collaborative and informal leadership skills to handle stakeholders from engineering to executive level across Business and Market Areas.
Fact-based decision style with ability to quickly select the essentials and take courageous decisions.
Project management experience with energizing leadership style, engaging hands-on with curiosity, empathy and decisiveness.
Technical understanding of BDGS and Ericsson 5G related offerings.
