The Channel Partner Program (CPP) is the heart of Axis go-to-market model and we are now looking for a team member to develop and coordinate our activities related hereto.

Who is your future team?

The Global Sales Operations' team consists of several areas, e.g. Distribution, End customers, Sales Operations, System Governance, Partner & End Customer Marketing and Channel Partner Program. All with the aim of upholding consistent global frameworks where we work closely with representatives from the head regional/regional Sales and Marketing offices, colleagues within the Global Sales & Marketing organization as well as functions at Axis headquarters.



What you'll do here as Director Channel Partner Program
In the role as Director Channel Partner Program, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the Axis CPP in accordance with the continuous evolvement of Axis' business goals and focus areas. Together with the Channel Partner Marketing Manager, you will work with strategic program development, and in close collaboration with the CPP Managers and the CPP Marketing Managers in Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Within these virtual teams, you and the CPP Marketing Manager will drive the program development and outline global frameworks, governance and objectives, follow up on activities, metrics and insights, ensure relevant system support and develop material to be used for internal and external program communication, promotion and training. Furthermore, you will regularly collaborate with the Axis Academy team when to develop training aimed towards Axis' channel partners. You will report to Director, Global Sales Operations.

You are a good communicator with strong people and networking skills with a good ability to coordinate between many stakeholders. Furthermore, you are truly passionate about working in a cross functional team and you can see the value it brings to both customers and to the business. As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues and were you can give high-class solutions to our customers.



We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or other related area
* A couple of years in sales position. Preferably from different sales positions. Experience from the market is a plus.
* Previous experience in working with partner programs and B2B.
* Experience from working with indirect sales model is a plus.
* Individual that is 'lyhörd' and with a good sense of humor
* Experience in strategic planning
* Experience in implementing initiative(s) in multiple sales regions.

Some travel is required, but most of the interaction with colleagues around the globe is managed through Microsoft Teams.
