You are part of an international team working with Electrolux's social investment programs, as part of the Sustainability framework 'For the Better'. The focus is to inspire better food consumption among consumers and professional and to support people in need.
On top of being an integral part of the Social Investment team and contribute to this team's strategy and activities, your role includes two parts:
1. Program manager for engagement activities, focusing on inspiring better food consumption and food habits. This includes promoting practical ways to reduce food waste and to eat sustainably.
2. Responsibility for the administration, follow up and reporting versus the Electrolux Food Foundation, including applications for funding and payments.

A typical day

You will drive the development and implementation of the 'Engagement' program as part of the Electrolux Food Foundation strategy, the Sustainability framework and the partnership 'Feed the Planet'.

As a Program Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to support local program implementation at local Electrolux business units and with our partners and establish new locations for the program and models to replicate.
You will also develop and maintain guidance documents and tools to enable program implementation, manage and coordinate program activities together with AIESEC and Worldchefs. Manage stakeholder relations with key global and local partners, such as Worldchefs, AIESEC and advice local program coordinators in local stakeholder management, administer and facilitate funding applications to the Board of the Electrolux Food Foundation, organize and maintain program materials.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring, follow up and reporting of Social investment program outcomes and impacts globally, both for progress reports to the Board of the Food Foundation and for external/internal communication. At the same time provide content to and collaborate with the Sustainability Corporate Communications Manager and be an active part of the Social Investment team by participating in and leading physical meetings, web meetings and calls, and contribute to the overall strategy and activities of the team.

Education & experience
• University degree, Master or Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in English at a professional business level.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including partnership management.
