Multimind is currently looking for a Production/Project Manager for our client, an international PR agency working with one of the world’s leading electronics company.
The Role
The production / project manager’s role is to lead retail projects from initial brief from client, to the finish line.
The primary focus is the retail channel; retail concepts (brand stores, shop-in-shops), design and builds of displays and shop solutions, product launches, tech integration in retail contexts (apps, digital signage, 3D lightning), ad hoc activities, as well as marketing material for retail (point of Sales material, copy texts, art works).
As Production/Project Manager you understand the client’s needs, pains, wants and respond with an optimal project proposal. You ensure that the marketing activities are implemented and executed.
You will most definitely run on several simultaneous projects with high demands on client communication, expectations’ synchronization and being on top of both big and smaller issues.
At your side you have a creative team ensuring that we develop the best solutions. You have other team members within account management to toss ideas with.
As the PR agency has a network worldwide, there is always the possibility to leverage ideas, knowledge and activities within our network.
Your Background
• You probably have 5 - 7 years’ experience from production/project management within Marketing Communication, and a few years within the Retail sector.
• You have in-depth experience of running several simultaneous projects with high demands on client communication, many contacts with sub-contractors, managing expectations’ synchronization and being on top of top of both big and smaller issues.
• You have preferably worked with international brands.
• Knowledge of the Nordic internet/mobile channel marketing landscape is a plus, as is knowledge of Consumer Electronics and CE-products.
• Experience from the agency world is a plus.
