We are looking for an additional colleague to join as a Production Manager in our factory in Falkenberg.
In the factory in Falkenberg we are around 400 employees. We are a modern organization with high technology machines and mindset. Technology development and upgrading project are constantly on our agenda. Our productions are within fast moving consumer goods. In our factory we are producing diapers, incontinence products mostly for markets within Central- and East Europe.

About the role
This role is a permanent position without probation period. As Production Manager you will provides leadership and direction, drive the production performance, build & develop organizational capability across the unit involving all stakeholders, drive and deliver a continuous improvement culture and the desired competitive business results .
You will be reporting to the Falkenberg Site Manager and part of the Factory Management Team.
Main accountabilities and responsibilities
You are a Role Model for Safety
Supports business strategic initiatives
Responsible for the application of systems and standards (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, TPM/DDS )
Responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results
Contributes to Sites strategy / CBN. Sets the unit objectives and Goals in line with Site CBN
Coaches and develops the organization in the right behaviors.
Applies TPM/DDS methodology to create and run to standards
Accountable for the unit Operational Budget
Coaching and developing the team members towards a high level of technical mastery
Ensures effective communication and results review
Coaches and develops her/his organization for continuous improvement
Inspires, motivates and can engage people to achieve outstanding results.
Ensures your department is fully compliant Essity standards.
Builds & develops the talent pipeline supporting the needs of total Supply Chain.
Who You Are
To be successful in this position you need to have great technology understanding and experience from manufacturing. You need to have a holistic perspective and be a good leader who can collaborate and communicate very well with your team members. You are an inspiring person who have the talent to share new solutions in the way many can understand and follow.
We also see that you have:
University degree or equal experience from working in production
Profound knowledge in manufacturing / engineering.
Strong background in Continuous Improvement
Fluent in English - both oral and written; Knowing Swedish is a plus
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Ability to build trust in an open environment by involving others and building effective teams and act as a team player.
A winning attitude and perseverance.
The passion to take strong ownership and ambitiously deliver on or beyond agreed goals and aspiration.
