About the area
Core Business Retail Concept is assigned to protect, expand, and develop the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in existing and new markets. This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the franchise system.
Retail Concept consists of the following five areas: Brand & Marketing, Expansion, Learning, Retail Concept Operations and Retail Experience.
The Learning Technology area within Retail Concept Operations at IKEA is focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to support lifelong learning for our co-workers worldwide. By integrating technology, data, and user insights, we aim to create an engaging and effective learning environment that supports professional growth and operational excellence.
About the Role
In your job as a Product Specialist you will support the global operations of our LMS My learning (Cornerstone on Demand) and provide guidance to superusers across the organisation. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operation of the LMS, driving business optimisations, managing incidents and releases, and enhancing system usage to support learning and development at scale.
Your Impact
As the Product Specialist - Global LMS Operations, you will:
Support Global LMS Operations: Act as the main point of contact for superusers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure effective LMS usage across the organisation.
Drive System Optimisations: Identify and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the LMS for both learners and administrators.
Manage Incidents and Releases: Resolve and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and coordinate release management processes, including collaborating with the community lead to communicate and plan for training for new features.
Enhance LMS Usage: Analyse system usage patterns and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that optimise and expand the LMS's impact.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with global and local users of the platform to align LMS operations with organisational goals and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to global superusers and administrators to ensure smooth LMS functionality.
Lead incident management, addressing issues promptly and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
Manage the release process for LMS updates, including testing, documentation, and communication of new features.
Conduct regular system audits and usage analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Act as a subject matter expert for the LMS, sharing knowledge and best practices with superusers and stakeholders.
Take initiative to propose and implement enhancements that drive system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with global and local teams to align LMS operations with the needs of the business and learning objectives.

As a key member of the learning technology team, you will use your deep understanding and experience of Cornerstone on Demand to identify improvement opportunities, take initiative to optimize platform usage, and lead operational processes to deliver impactful results.

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable
Proven experience operating Cornerstone on Demand in a large scale organisation
In-depth backend knowledge and skills to use Cornerstone on Demand as an system admin is a must
Understanding of incident management, release management, and optimising LMS usage for diverse user groups
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify improvement areas, and lead optimisation efforts
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide superusers across different regions and functions
Analytical skills to assess system usage and identify actionable insights for improvement
Understanding of data analytics and experience in data drive decision making

Additional information
This role is full-time (40hours per week) and based in Malmö, Sweden. This role sits in Product Area Learning Technologies in Retail Concept Operations and reports to Product Area Manager.
