Are you interested in working with product security and be in an advisory role?
We are now looking for a Product Security Advisor within BSS. Your role is to give advice, coach and support the whole BSS organization in the security area.
You drive product security across the entire BSS product portfolio ensuring adherence to applicable security requirements in all processes.
Unit Description:
Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. From enhancing the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility - levels that digital natives call home. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G.
Responsibilities:
* You will drive strategic technical leadership in the Security area
* Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling towards the Security Champions and Security Masters
* Perform Security Risk Analyze workshops on demand
* Perform training sessions and tech talks on security standards and security processes for all kinds of audiences within BSS
* Create competence plans and set general goals for the different security roles together with line managers
* Drive continuous improvements of security tools and security processes
* Perform security audits, analyze security reports and recommend (and demand) improvements in the products
* Main escalation point in the product security area
* BSS representant in BDGS central security communities and foras
* Active member in the BSS security community
Key Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of work experience within Ericsson product development.
* At least 5 years of experience working with security processes, methodologies and requirements.
* Full knowledge of OWASP, SANS etc
* You have proven Digital Services domain competence (Products & Services) and/or experience/knowledge from Ericsson Product Security governance (i.e. AoR, SRM, BSR, SDR, etc.)
* Highly skilled in industry security best practices, processes and requirements.
* Deep technical understanding of vulnerabilities and technology in security risks and vulnerabilities.
* Skilled in performing and leading Risk Analyse workshops.
* You are able to read security reports and analyse results with profound understanding without need to seek reference. You have experience from public/large scale presentations in front of audience, certifications in OSCE/OSCP/CEH or equivalent experience.
* We also think you are a strong resultoriented person with motivation and drive.
* You have excellent relationship and networking skills. Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey key messages and customer value. Strong ability to lead, inspire and motivate.
