ABOUT YOU
For this role you appreciate the mix of strategic and financial thinking and turning digital technology trends into practice. In addition you also appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and driving product development. You should be motivated to work agile and be open to change. To be successful in this role you have proven training in Product/Portfolio Management or equivalent role and a minimum of 5 years of progressive, diverse experience in product/project portfolio management or similar roles. You have demonstrable experience in working in development processes in an agile working set-up and also strong documented leadership skills. We see that you have experience in retail and/or e-Commerce.
You have knowledge of following area:
• Knowledge of business in retail- and e-Commerce to be able to drive reinvention of the business
• Knowledge and experience of how to develop and maintain product roadmaps
• Experience and intermediate knowledge of business planning processes
• Knowledge of how to assess, translate and track requests during their development into digital products together with relevant stakeholders
• Experience of working with iterative, agile product development teams and possessing a good knowledge of agile/scrum, including key events and artefacts
• Strong in managing change and transformations
• Extensive interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
For this role you have proven ability to set-up and maintain a digital product. As a person you have intermediate organisation and co-ordination skills taking multiple sources of information and bringing it together. We believe you performs work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. Furthermore you have knowledge about creating and developing Epics and User Stories. You strive to meet and exceed quality standards and produce quality work products. You actively acquire new knowledge and skills and champion new methods and processes to improve performance. Furthermore we think you have ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.
ABOUT THE JOB
To ensure effective data collection to create an overview of the roadmap and activities performed in Digital Products in the fields of product development, deployment, and digital experience across capability areas and domains. To maintain, monitor, track and report on the product roadmap across all Capability Areas and to support and collaborate with Portfolio Management and other roadmap/portfolio offices to compile the overall Group Digital roadmap.
You will:
• Create and maintain overall 'high level' roadmap for all Digital Products across all capability areas and domains
• Support the Product Managers and Capability Areas in creating, monitoring, tracking and reporting on the their product roadmaps, using this information to maintain the overall high level roadmap for all Digital Products
• Regularly and frequently report on the progress of the digital product portfolio and roadmap on to the Product Portfolio Manager
• Provide support in aligning the flow of new requests that come in from external touchpoints such as countries, Market Support and other IKEA companies to respective Product Managers/Owners
• Maintain awareness of features and high-level functionality to be delivered by the Product Teams (Capability Areas) through having intermediate knowledge of the roadmaps for each area
• Maintain a close collaboration with Product Deployment in the development and tracking of the Master Deployment plan
• Support and collaborate with Portfolio Management office and other portfolio/roadmap offices to compile the overall Group Digital roadmap
• Work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering a successful digital product development that meets business requirements and drives IKEA business results
