Role Summary
Are you passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of data, strategy and user impact? We are looking for a Product Owner to take over a high-impact role within Scania's AI & Analytics team. In this role, you will guide our expert team through a critical transformation period, championing data-driven products that make a real difference for our customers and the business.
You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to shape and deliver solutions that serve multiple stakeholder groups- with a focus on integrating AI into our customer-facing digital services. You'll take over a well-structured but diverse portfolio and help steer its future direction. Job Responsibilities
Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI and data-driven solutions, in collaboration with a highly skilled cross-functional team
Work close with Head of AI and Analytics, and other key stakeholders to establish and evolve the product vision for AI and Data driven services across several services, tools and platforms; close collaboration with the evolution of our analytic landscape
Represent the team in PI planning, decision and cross-functional forums, and cross-functional alignment meetings
Facilitate backlog management and sprint ceremonies using Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and collaboration
Drive stakeholder engagement-from Product management, customer collaborations and development teams-ensuring user needs and strategic value are aligned
Ensure compliance requirements (IRAM, Aster, GDPR) are embedded in the product lifecycle
Help shape long-term strategy and contribute to team-wide planning and roadmap development
Who You Are
You are a purpose-driven product leader with an analytical mindset. You want to create impact through collaboration and scale but are also highly delivery oriented and have passion for team performance and development. You are flexible and can adapt to an evolving organisation but strive to help us translate data into value. Your background likely includes digital product ownership, preferably in analytics, AI, or enterprise data environments. You thrive in ambiguity, can bridge business and technology fluently, and enjoy bringing structure to complexity.
You're not afraid to challenge the status quo, but you also listen well and collaborate across roles and levels. A good grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus), data product thinking, and stakeholder communication will help you succeed. We are the AI & Analytics team at Scania-a group of 20+ experts with deep knowledge in data engineering, analysis, and machine learning. We're part of the Customer Service Solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact tools for Scania's service.
