The Online Gambling industry is currently going through a big transformation with a substantial number of new technologies and services emerging to support the increasingly complex industrial demands in the registration and player safety area.
To support this transformation, Kindred Group is now looking for a Product Owner to accommodate the groups business needs within the Join and Leave area and specifically around authentication services.
You will be working alongside your Experience Owner on executing one of Kindred's key experiences, across one or several key customer journeys, across all brands and channels and contribute to create experiences that set industry standards for delighting customers, and contribute to maximum agile flow of delivery, efficiency and productivity.
In this role, you will be a vital and very important part of the customer experience and will be managing and coordinating work across backlogs and making sure we deliver high quality products.
As Product Owner within the Kindred group you are highly empowered, which means you will have control over your own work and are expected and encouraged to take on new tasks without someone managing you in detail.
The successful candidate has great knowledge within the Join and Leave area and proven track record in delivering high quality solutions to customers and the business.
You are not afraid to dig in when pressure is on and feel pride in delivering the best at all times with a friendly attitude.
What you will do?
Work alongside your respective Experience Owner who you will be reporting to and deploy agile development and delivery methods, ensuring that principles of design thinking are embraced through the delivery process with the aim of delivering world class experiences within the Join and Leave area.
Liaise with Commercial teams, UX and Player safety teams to secure efficient management of the Join and Leave backlog and handling of new business initiatives
Engage close communication with relevant stakeholders such as business owners, UX, product owners and tech teams on upcoming and ongoing business initiatives and release schedules
Work closely and coordinate with your Experience Owner and other POs to secure work needed to deliver best value from the Kindred Join and Leave roadmap.
Build and Participate in Stakeholder Forums together with highly skilled business owners
Co-operation with 3rd party suppliers to leverage maximum value of partnerships in the Join and Leave area.
Strategic
Work alongside your Experience Owner on executing one of Kindred's key experiences, across one or several key customer journeys, across all brands and channels and contribute to create experiences that set industry standards for delighting customers, and contribute to maximum agile flow of delivery, efficiency and productivity.
Develop Join and Leave Roadmap(s) together with key stakeholders within your experience
Together with main business stakeholders drive and contribute to the strategic vision for where we need to support Kindred Brands in the Join and Leave area
Learning & Delivery
Coordination and driver of work that requires cross team collaboration
Prioritize & Maintain the teams' work backlog and make sure that there is an adequate supply of clearly defined requirements
Provide and/or check that user stories have enough detail for implementation and provide clarification to the team on and as needed basis
Participate in daily standups and release planning meetings
Ensure maximum business value of scheduled work
Champion continuous process improvement across the product development life-cycle working closely with business stakeholders to secure visibility of feature progress
Improving work processes together with team to maximize throughput
KPI tracking on team throughput and ROI

What have you done?
Proven interest and knowledge in emerging technologies in the Join and Leave area, registration and authentication methods
Fantastic communication and presentation skills
Creative & Strategic thinker with a positive attitude
Have a data and evidence driven mind-set in decision making
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Minimum of 5 years' experience with either product owner or scrum master role
Solid Experience with Agile development approach
Must thrive in multi-tasking, quick moving, demanding environment
Willingness to travel on monthly basis
It's an advantage if you have experience of working in a cross-functional development team
